Our second milk factory is a mountain dairy in the Creuse County (in the Limousin Region): “Laiterie des Montagnes d’Auzances”.
50 people work in this dairy that produces millions of litres of milk every year.
The dairy, which is located in the village of Auzances, in a mountain area, has been delivered an official agreement to use the term “mountain” for its products.
Therefore, the major part of the milk we produce in this dairy is mountain milk.
As responsible and eco-conscious dairy manufacturers, we adapt our industrial tool in order to save energy, to avoid waste, and to reduce pollution. The other target we always keep in mind is high productivity and good training for our staff.
